Basic Use License:

Each collection comes with a Basic Use License, which allows you to use the images for the following:

Scrapbooking, Decoupage, Mixed Media Art, Embroidery, and other crafts.

Newsletters, Business Cards, Brochures, Catalogs, Flyers, Shipping Labels (for your own personal use or a business that you own).

Advertising & Promotional Materials, such as Signs, Banners, etc. (for personal use or a business that you own).

Product Packaging, Album Covers, CD & DVD Labels, Software Labels, Books, eBooks, Pamphlets (for your own products only).

Incorporated into software as a background image or splash screen (for your own products only).

Websites, Blogs (for sites that you own; for design purposes only).

Extended Commercial Use License:

Our Extended Commercial Use License costs $25 (or FREE if you order 5 or more collections at once), and you are permitted all of the above uses plus the following:

Greeting Cards, Postcards, Stationary, Stickers, Bumper Stickers, Rubber Stamps, Calendars, Buttons, Coffee Mugs, Magnets, Mouse Pads, T-Shirts & Clothing, Hats & Bags, Jewelry, Calendars (products can be sold in unlimited quantities; use of print-on-demand sites are allowed, such as Cafe Press).

Newsletters, Business Cards, Brochures, Catalogs, Flyers, Shipping Labels, Product Packaging (that you design for other companies).

Advertising & Promotional Materials, such as Signs, Banners (that you design for other companies).

Websites, Blogs (that you design for other companies).

Product Packaging, Album Covers, CD & DVD Labels, Software Labels, Books, eBooks, Pamphlets (that you design for other companies).

Please Note: As resolutions vary from image to image, we cannot guarantee that the images will be suitable for all projects. For example, a particular image may work fine for bumper stickers and coffee mugs but may not be acceptable for t-shirts, etc.

Redistributing or reselling the images in digital form is strictly prohibited. You agree not to resell, lease, rent, give away, or distribute these images across a network, on a CD, or in any other way. No duplication in whole or part is allowed.

Disclaimer

Some images in the LifeQuest art collections are completely original works created by us. Images that were not created by us were verified to be in the public domain in the United States. Public domain status of those images was based on U.S. Copyright Law (if you are not a U.S. resident your country's copyright laws may differ). We made artistic alterations to many of the public domain images and these now qualify for copyright protection. We also hold compilation copyrights on all collections.

Acknowledgements

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and understand it, and agree to be bound by all its terms and conditions if you order any image collection from this site. You agree that you are at least 18 years of age and have the right to enter into this Agreement.
