- What is the resolution of these images?

- How do I get my images?
All images are downloaded (if you would rather have the collections mailed to you on CD, please order from our other web site HERE). After paying, you will receive the download links automatically by email.

- I use dial-up for my internet connection, can I still download?
You will need a broadband connection to download. Using dial-up would be too slow.

- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit / debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, and PayPal accounts. All credit card orders are processed securely via PayPal using 128-bit encryption technology. A PayPal account is not necessary to order -- all you need is your credit card. You may also order by eCheck (however, your order won't be processed until your eCheck clears your bank, which takes a few days).

- What if I don't receive the email with the download link?
If paying by credit card, the Download Links will be provided to your email address within a few minutes after ordering (some email servers are slower than others so please wait at least 15 minutes before contacting us). The Download Links will be sent to the email address that you gave us when ordering; or, if you have a PayPal account, it will be sent to the Primary email address you have on file with PayPal. If you can't find our "Download Email" in your email account, please check your Bulk / Spam bins (your mail server may have accidentally put it there). If you still can't find our email, just contact us and we will send it to you again (you can email us here).
